.ti. <br />WHEREAS, at the hearing held by the Commission on the 26th <br />day of June, 1987, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., Eastern Standard Time, at <br />1200 County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana, the Commission heard. <br />all persons interested in the proceedings and received 0 written <br />remonstrances and objections that had been filed, and considered <br />those remonstrances and objections, if any, and such other evidence <br />presented. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, the governing body of the City of South <br />Bend Department of Redevelopment and the Redevelopment District of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />1. After considering the evidence presented at the hearing <br />on the 26th day of June, 1987, the Commission hereby confirms the <br />findings and determinations of blight and all other findings and <br />determinations, designations and approving and adopting actions <br />contained in the Declaratory Resolution. <br />2. The Commission adopts and confirms the Findings of Fact <br />for the Area, a copy of which Findings of Fact are attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A and incorporated fully herein. <br />3. The Commission finds and determines that it will be a <br />public utility and benefit to proceed with the Development Plan. <br />4. The Declaratory Resolution is in all respects confirmed. <br />5. The Secretary is directed to record this resolution <br />pursuant to the requirements of I.C. 36- 7- 14- 17(c). <br />6.
