NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, the governing body of the City of South Bend Department of Redevelopment and the Redevelopment District of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: 1. After considering the evidence presented at the hearing on the 15th day of April, 1988, the Commission hereby confirms the findings and determinations of blight and all other findings and determinations, designations and approving and adopting actions contained in the Declaratory Resolution. 2. The Commission adopts and confirms the Findings of Fact for the Area, a copy of which Findings of Fact are attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated fully herein. 3. The Commission finds and determines that it will be of public utility and benefit to proceed with the Development Plan, as amended. 4. The Declaratory Resolution is in all respects confirmed. 5. The Secretary is directed to record this resolution pursuant to the requirements of I.C. 36- 7- 14- 17(c). 6. This resolution constitutes final action, pursuant to I.C. 36- 7- 14- 17(c), by the Commission determining the public utility and benefit of the proposed project and confirming the Declaratory Resolution. ADOPTED at a rescheduled regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held on the 15th day of April, 1988, at the office of the Commission, 1200 County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana, 46601.
