4. Chickens have been procured for the Zoo Farm area. An Amur leopard is coming from the <br /> Audubon Zoo and one of our leopards is going to Omaha. Frogs,wallabies and chimps are <br /> coming in. <br /> 5. The chimp exhibit is almost finished. The SSP coordinator for chimps is coming in soon to <br /> inspect the area. <br /> XII. Comments by Golf Operations Director <br /> 1. Mr.Nowacki reported that the golf cars have arrived. <br /> 2. February was a great month. March has been even better. <br /> 3. Elbel opened on March 7. <br /> 4. The Elbel clubhouse interior has been painted.New counter tops have been installed in <br /> the concessions area. <br /> 5. The open house had 140 people in attendance. <br /> XIII. Comments by the Maintenance Superintendent <br /> 1. Mr. Mike Dyszkiewicz informed the Board that tree thinning has been ongoing at Elbel. <br /> 2. The railing at Erskine clubhouse stairs is up. <br /> 3. Communiversity Day is March 31. Several parks are involved with this volunteer <br /> program. <br /> 4. Water is being turned on in parks. <br /> 5. Mowing has started. <br /> 6. A storm damage manual was given to the Board. <br /> XIV.
