11. The REAL property where the proposed redevelopment or rehabilitation project will be <br /> carried out is located in the following Allocation Area, if any, declared and confirmed by <br /> the South Bend Redevelopment Commission: Sample Ewin Develo ment Area <br /> 12. The redevelopment or rehabilitation project itself will: (a) create 7-11* permanent, full- <br /> time and 0 permanent, part-time jobs within the first year, representing a new annual <br /> payroll of ,21.0,000 - $330,000; and (b) maintain 56 existing, permanent, full-time and <br /> N/A existing, permanent, part-time jobs (including existing, permanent, full-time, <br /> minority employment of 14 workers and existing, permanent, part-time, minority <br /> employment of NIA workers) with a total annual payroll of zJ2,200 000 for all existing <br /> employees*. <br /> * Please note that information provided on existing and projected employment relates to <br /> Petitioner's facility on Walnut Street in South Bend. <br /> 13.
