<br /> Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 1 on behalf
<br /> of Woodruff& Sons, Inc., PO Box 450, Michigan City, Indiana 46361, indicating the contract
<br /> amount be increased by $110,889.99 for a modified contract sum, including this Change Order,
<br /> in the amount of$2,020,333.88. Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Littrell and
<br /> carried, the Change Order was approved.

<br /> Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, has submitted a Change Order No. 1 (Final)
<br /> and the Project Completion Affidavit on behalf of R&R Excavating, Inc., 2010 Went Avenue,
<br /> Mishawaka, Indiana 46545, indicating the contract amount be increased by $17,000.00 for a
<br /> modified contract sum, including this Change Order, of$119,000.00. Mr. Gilot stated this is not
<br /> really a Change Order; this was a term in the contract for eazly completion that they are
<br /> exercising. Ms. Greene added this is a final payment of a contract under its terms. Mr. Littrell
<br /> stated the contract total should be $119,000.00. Mr. Gilot noted Mr. Villa's spreadsheet should
<br /> show the contract total as $119,000.00 with the eazly completion terms being met. Therefore,
<br /> upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the Project Completion
<br /> Affidavit was approved.
