Street, the Complaint of %rmAnArndt in regard Pole and Wiro�'d as follows: - to two poles in front of 1306 Miami These are Central Union Telephone Company poles. The poles are properly placed the best they can be as the cable crosses the New York Central Ry. The Central Union Tel, Company has a permit granted to place these poles. The Pales are already placed. The above report approved by the Board, The following bond and contract was approved by the Board. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT. THIS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this 2nd. day of February 1917, by and between Hoban and Roach of the County of St. Joseph and .State of Indiana ( hereinafter referred to as the " Contractor" ) and the City of South Bend, in the County of St. Joseph and State of Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works, ( hereinafter. referred to as the " City") , under and by v irtu#e of an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Ind Tana, entitled " An Act Concerning Municipal Xorperations," approved March, 6,1905, and all amendatory and supplemental acts thereto.
