338 Deferred hearing had on Condemnation Resolution No. 46 for the pur-pose of aopropriating land fqr a highway for north side Boulevard along north River Bank from Notre Dame Street to St. Peter Street. In the City of South Berxd, Indiana. In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no further written remon strance was filed. All remonstra.nc as were over -ruled and thereu-)on, being fully advised in the m tter the Board takes final action on said resolution, confirming with <modi`'icat ion as- follows: Beginning -on the west line of Notre Dame A e at a point 32 feet .south of th:, south east corner of lot 1,9' Coq°uillard's Second Addition; thence northwesterly on a strdight line to the southwest corner of lot 7 in said Addition whi h point is on the east line of St. Peter Street; thence south on the east line of St. Peter Street to the south west corner of lot 12 in Coquillard's Second Addition; th nce southeasterly on the southerly line of lots: 12 and 14 in said Addition to the south east corner of lot 14 in said Addition; thence north to the place of beginning. Except north and south public alley between lots 1-0,12,and 13, 14 and except the east and west public alley between lots 7 and 10. and all former action taken on the same. The Board therefore declares the above property in all things con�- damned and appropriated for public use, and the Board no v orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners or holders of :property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected, which said list or roll shall also describe the property benefically affected. Hearing given on rolls of awards of damages and assessments of / benefits, in the matter of the openin;, of a alley between Main Street and Uichigan d Street from Indiana Avenue south to 1st. alley, under Condemnation Resolution No. 24 adopted by she Board of Public Works on the 2nd. day of November 1906. The Board find that the property mentioned in said rolls are benefitted and damaged (berefits and damages equal) as sL.o:Nn on said roll and said roll -is hereby in -all things -ratified, confirmed and approved and all action under Condemnation Resolution No. 24 adopted Nov. 2nd. 1906 is hereby concluded.
