337 0 Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.Yi. Mr. A. H. Rice absent Hearing given on rolls of awards and assessments of b ^nef its in the matter of Vacation of a, part of Mad i.s on Street as follows:- Beginning at a point on the north line of Lot 31 in the Original- Town of lowell now a part of the City of South Bend Indiana 309.9 feet ;crest of the north east corner of said lot; th nce north westerly 8013--0 from the north line of said ldt 147 feet; thence -south 21.02 feet to the north wes t corner of s-aid lot 31 thence east 145.5 feet to the place of beginning, Under Vacation Resolution No. 31. Tr. the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter - remonstrator appeared rand a written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore overruled said remonstrance and declare the above roll f iled November 213th. , 1916 in all things rat if ied, conf it-aed and approved and the proceedin,s closed.
