<br />-_BE:IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND

<br />improve Ewing Avenue from Miami Street to a Point 1320 feet west .of Miami Street

<br />the roadway --from curb . line to line with gravel three (3) inches In depth,�,All as
<br />shown I . on the plans and in ac-cordance tith the profiles, detail drawings and speci,
<br />fications on file in'the office of the Department of Public Works of the ,City Of-.

<br />intersections; shall be paid by special assessment to be levied upon the Property
