Yesterday, of <br />course c and it ions were terrible but we realize that the down -pour of rain was excessive <br />Our c one lus ion regarding the sewer is not based on yesterdays experience but rather <br />on freaquent oecurances in the past. Board ordered that the South Bend Home <br />Telephone.
