229 <br />Board met in regular session at 11:00 A.M. Mr. A.H. Rice absent. <br />Attorney W. E. Dinnen representing the South Bend Home Teltephone Co. <br />appeared before the Board in regard to the laying of underground conduit. The Board <br />instructed Attorney Dinenn that the South Bend Home Teleo7 one Company would have to <br />place underground conduit according to Ordinance pertaining to same. At request of <br />Atty. Dinenn thds matter was deferred two weeks. Board instructed Atty. Dinen to <br />take the matter of having case set in Court for Wednesday August 23rd. 1916 up with <br />City Attorney Seebirt tid have it postponed two weeks. <br />Mr. Walter Muesse l appeared before the Board and requested that a, light <br />be placed on Elwood Avenue in front of Brewery, also a water main on Elwood Avenue for <br />Fire protection etc., The Board informed Mr. Muessel the question ,of placing a light <br />ig®uld be investigate soon and the matter of the water -main was referred to the Water <br />Department. <br />Mr. R . L. Re insagen, Asst . Pr in. Engineer of the New York Central Ry. <br />Company appeared before the Board and discussed Track separation in this City. <br />Plat of John Prast's Sub <br />Addition was approved by the Board. <br />Division of Lot 13 Kunstman and Meyers <br />President. <br />
