Hearing had on resolution No. 447 for pipe sewer or( Carroll Street from Broadway to a point 100 feet south of the south line of PennW lvania Avenue, In the City of South Bead, Indiana. In -the above matter remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance was filed. The Board having said matter under advisement find that said resolution: should be and the some is hereby and in all things rescinded. Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 449. for Pipe sewer on -Bowman St. i from Miami Street to east line of Southeast Addition,. In the City of South Bend, Ind. Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decide s that the belie- fits to prcpertyL liable t0 be assessed for said improvements are equal to the esti— mated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, an() thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further, that notices be published on the 23rd. dey of June 1916 and on the 30th. day of June 1916 in a newspaper of general circulation in said City, stating that this Board 'dil receive bids for the constrUction of said improvements Up to 10 : 00 A.H. on the l lth. day of July 1916. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
