135- Permission c_ranted the Central Union,Telephone Company to set the follwiing Doles and anchors. One thirty foot pole to set in alley between Monroe St. and South St. just east of Columbia . St . Co. ordered to ht;.ve slug in the ground at rear of 213 Ei r Street resett to the west about ::our feet or to the east about te_i feet, as same is in the way of coal house door. In regard to complaint about pole in way of entrance to residence at 1305 Leepe r Avenue, the South Bend Home Tel. ComparW is ordered to move the pole tO the north about 30 'Peet and place it inside of the curb. Permission granted the American Telephne and Telegraph Company to replace pole number (43) with a five foot taller pole to get above the trees and to replace pole number (45) with.a 55 ft. pole and move same 16 feet north on east side of Leeper Avenue. Concerning the improvement of the ^oadway of Keasey Street from Michigan Street to Carroll Street in pursuance to resolution No. 407 the Board finds tilat no petition has be filed with said Board by a,m majority in number of the fr«-eholders residing on said street to be improved requesting that it be improved with a differeNt kind of pavement then the kind heretofore adopted by the Board in its preliminary order; and the City Engineer reports that W. B. Brady Construction Co. is the lowest and best bidder for the kind of pavement heretofore adopted by the Board, and the Board find that said W. B. Brady Construction Co. is the lowest and best bidder and hereby lets'the constract for said improvement to him, and orders that sAid improvement be made with Trinidad Lake Asphaltic Concrete f-nd all proceedings heretofore had in this matter are hereby conr-irmed and ratified.
