Beyler appeared before the Board in reiga..rd to the placing, of water taps on Michigan Street on his property. The same was referred to the City Water Dept. for investigation. Petition received for a pipe sewer on Carroll. Street from Broadway to Pennsylvania Avenue. The same was referred to the City Engineer for investigation. Fetition for pipe sewer on Bowman Street from Miami street to Marine Street received and referred to the City Civil Engineer'for investigation. Boad and contract for pipe sewer on Indiana Avenue from Prairie Avenue to Kemble Avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 420. sigi-led by L. H. Webster was approved by the Board. The following partial estimated was filed by the City Engineer and approved by the Boa. rd. To the Board of Public Works, South Bend? Indiana. Permission• was granted, the Central Union Telephone Company to install conduit as follows:- Two Multiple conduit across Columbia St. at alley between Monroe and South Sts. Four'Multiple conduit in grass plot on south ide of Monroe Street from alley west of Main Street t -) Taylor Street. Manholes to be built at the intersection of each alley running north and south between Lafayette and Taylor Streets. Manholes to be built at the intersection of e- ch alley running north and south between Lafayette and Taylor Sts. Two multiple conduit laterals to mun north and south of each man- hole to pole in alley. Manhole to be built in Taylor St. at intersection of Conroe street . Four multiple conduit south on east side of Taylor Street to intersection of alley running west, manhole to be built in Taylor Street at this point, two multiple lateral to cintinue south in Taylor St. to south side of South Street, terminating at pole there.
