All members present. <br />In the matter of .rht Odeferred hearing on Grade, curb sidewalk and gravel - <br />pavement on Elmer Street from Mayr's Michig,n Avenue Addition to Keller Street, under Impoeve— <br />ment Resolution No. 423, the Board Navin { said matter under advisement find that the <br />resolution should be and the same is hereby and in all things rescinded. <br />Mr. Charles Weidle r appeared before the Board and requested that Donald <br />Street between ,Michigan Street and Main Street be improved by grading and grave tlpavement, <br />The City Engineer was instructed to prepare a resolution for the same. <br />In the matter of the deferred hearing on curb and walk on south side of <br />Broadway- between Main Street ad Franklin Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 371 <br />The Board having said matter un der advisement find that the resolution should be and the same <br />is hereby and in all things rescinded. <br />Hearing given on roll showing awards of damages and assessments of benefits <br />in the matter of Vacation Resolution No. 27 adopted March 4th.1916. In the above matter <br />no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance vrt s filed. The Board therefore declare that <br />the roll riled Xpril 25th.,1916.
