12y TUESDAY May 9th.,1916. Board met in regular session at 7:45 P-14. All members present. In the matter of .rht Odeferred hearing on Grade, curb sidewalk and gravel - pavement on Elmer Street from Mayr's Michig,n Avenue Addition to Keller Street, under Impoeve— ment Resolution No. 423, the Board Navin { said matter under advisement find that the resolution should be and the same is hereby and in all things rescinded. Mr. Charles Weidle r appeared before the Board and requested that Donald Street between ,Michigan Street and Main Street be improved by grading and grave tlpavement, The City Engineer was instructed to prepare a resolution for the same. In the matter of the deferred hearing on curb and walk on south side of Broadway- between Main Street ad Franklin Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 371 The Board having said matter un der advisement find that the resolution should be and the same is hereby and in all things rescinded. Hearing given on roll showing awards of damages and assessments of benefits in the matter of Vacation Resolution No. 27 adopted March 4th.1916. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance vrt s filed. The Board therefore declare that the roll riled Xpril 25th.,1916. Cols right of way..';The Board,find that the property of 'Fulton-w Harwod is benefited in the amount of 300..00 The property of said Fulton and Harwood is therefore assessed #300900 Now comes said Ferrie Fulton and Lawrence J. Ha rwood of Fulton and Harwod and waive all notice of assessments under Vacation Resolution No. 27 and pay into the Treasurer of the City of South Bend, Indiana the sum of $300.00 Co7jrunication received from J. Petition received for pipe Newer on Calvert Street and Kline Street from Vernon Street to Lincoln Highway E. Petition received for pavement on alley west of Main Street from Monroe Street to alley south of Monroe Street. Resolution ordered according to Engineerfs re commer dr t ions.
