And the <br />City Engineer reports that the' -Western Construction Company is the lowest and best bidder <br />for the kind of pavement heretofore adopted by the Board, and the Board so finds, and lets <br />the contract for s=_;id Improvement to hint, and orders that said improvement be made with <br />Trinidad Lake Sheet Asphalt a..nd"€ill proceedings heretofore hard in this matter are hereby <br />eonfirsed and ratified. - <br />k <br />April l9th. ,1916., <br />E.
