AIM In regard to making a preliminary order desikneting the kind of pavement on ichi An Street from North line of La Sa i.le Avenue to South line of South Street, and on Indiana: Avenue from Leer Street to Kemble Avenue, the City Civil Engineer being unable to report on said tabulation of bids at this time, it was decided by the Board that the time for making saidpreliminery order designating rind of paverients on the above mentioned streets be deferred until Friday April 7th.,1916 at 4.30 P.M. Deferred hearing on assessment roll of awards of damages and assessments of bene- fits in the matter of widening of Webster street and Indiana Avenue, Under Zondernnation Res. No. 39, In the City of South Bend,. Indiana. In the Pbove matter no remonstrators appeared and no .further remonstrances were filed. The Board decided that roll for the widening of Indiana Avenue a1 Webbter Street under Condemnation Res. No. 39 is modified as follows. Tots 74,75976977s7 ,79,54, 9-h,82,83,84,85,56,g7,89, and 89, -the assessment is reduced Two ($2.00) dolla r per =lot. Lots 66,67,65,90,91 and 92 the assessment Is reds ced One (Ale50)nollsrs per lot. Lots 68269, and 70 reduced $1.00 per lot. Lot 46 reduced $3._00 per lot., All of the foregoing lots located in Sw,ygart's 3rd. Addition.. Lots 293 and 4 Daniel Gise Addition, the assessment is reduced $1.00 per lot.
