The following deeds were approved by the Board. {WARRANTY DEED wire THIS ITIDENTUREpWITNESSETN that JOHN Y. SLItk AND JENNIE M. SLI{ his wife, of St. Joseph County, State of Indiana. CONVEY AND WARRANT To The City of South Bend, Indiana of St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana for the sum of Fifty ($50.00)Dollars. :The pet'petual publ is use for alley or street purposes, including the right of public travel over and upon the following des- cribed.real estate located in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, in the State of Indiana;; to -wit: - A piece of land bounded by a line running as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of lot Thirteen (13) in Horatio Chapin's Sub -Division of Bares Out lots One (1)- and two (2) of the State Bang Is First Addition of Out lots, forty -one and el ght hundredths (41.08) feet north of the north line -of La Salle Avenue; thence south forty-one and eigrit--hundredths (41.08) feet; thence east one (1) foot; then ce north parallel to and one foot distant from the west line of said lot thirteen (13) to the westerly line of said lot thirteen (13) thence southwesterly on the westerly line of said lot thirteen (13) to the place of beginning; subject however to the right of said grantors, their heirs, and assigns to keep and maintain in their present location the cornice and eaves of the dwell- ing house owned by said John Y.
