<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of tine City of South. Bed,
<br />Indiana; That it is desirable to vacate the following: -
<br />All of the Plat known as Stover-
<br />Longley Addition to South Bend, Indiana, approved by the Board of Public Works February
<br />23,1915, except that part shown as Jay Street. The part to be vacated :is more specifically
<br />described ac follows:- Beginning; 20 feet south of the north crest corner of Section 24, Tp.
<br />37 N.R. 2 E. thence east 3F,3.6 feet to the crest fine of the Terre Haute and Logansport
<br />R. R. Co. rift of way: thence south along the west line of said ri ht of way 964.2 feet
