Ms. Roos seconded the motion, which carried. <br />RECESS <br />Mr. Gilot made a motion to recess the meeting at 10:35 a.m. for five (5) minutes for setting a <br />time and date for reconvening the meeting to open and read the bids for the Coveleski Stadium <br />and the Black and White and Color Copiers. Mr. Inks seconded the motion, which carried. <br />RECONVENED MEETING FEBRUARY 29, 2012 <br />The Board of Works meeting was reconvened at 10:50 a.m. Mr. Gilot informed those present the <br />Board would reconvene in this same room at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, February 29, <br />2012, to open and read the copier bids, and award the Coveleski Stadium bid. Mr. Bill Schalliol <br />announced all of the bidders had obtained authorized signatures on the Non - Collusion, Non - <br />Discrimination forms, for the Coveleski Stadium. Therefore, Mr. Gilot stated those bids would <br />be read. <br />OPENING OF BIDS --- COVELESKI STADIUM REHABILITATION — 2012 <br />IMPROVEMENTS — PROJECT NO. 112 -007 (SBCDA TIF) <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced project. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- <br />County News, which were found to be sufficient. Ms. Greene, Board Attorney, reviewed the bids <br />and confirmed that all of the Non - Collusion forms were present and none of the bidders <br />submitted a Local Preference Form.
