St. <br />b) Dates /Times. November; Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; <br />Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Until 8:00 p.m. during Downtown <br />Special Events <br />c) Approved subject to no "Curb Service" <br />Type: Public Parking Facility <br />a) Applicant: Memorial Home Care/Memorial Hospital of South Bend <br />b) Location: 100 Navarre St., Navarre Garage; 707 N.
