All members present. <br />Dearing had on Improvement Resoldtion No. fkvemant of <br />alley Test of Maine _ +-SStreet froL: Madison Stredt� tf) 'Marian Street, in the City <br />of South Bend, Ina iana. <br />In the above matter remonstrators appeared and a written remonstrance <br />was filed. The Board after due consideration decided to defer all action on said <br />resolution until Wednesday June 9th.,1920 at 7:15 P.M. <br />Hearing had on resolution for pavement on Beale Street from Portage <br />Avenue to Kessler Blvd. under Improvement Resolution No. 774. In the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />Upon sadd hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrane <br />was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the <br />vt,enefits to property liable to be assessed for said- improvements are equal to <br />the estimated cosh of the same, as'. reported by the City Civil Engineer, and there- <br />upon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is <br />hereby in all things, rat if led, cont'irmed and approved. <br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the ' llth. day of <br />June 1920 and on the 18th.,day of June 1920 in the South Bend Daily Tribune, <br />stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements <br />up to 10:00 A.M. on the 29th. day of June 1920 a The Board reserves the right <br />to reject any and all bids:. ` <br />Rear ing had ib resolution for pavement on Leer Street from Calvert <br />Street to Ewing A venue,` under Improvement Resolution No. 769. All in the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana.' <br />° In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no further remonstrance <br />filed. The Board after due cons iderat ion decided to sustain written remonstrance <br />filed and hereby rescind all act ion on said improvement resolution. <br />Hearing had on resolution for Trunk sewer known ad River Park Sewer <br />District No. l.under Improvement Resolution No. 775. In the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />In the above matter remonstrators appeared and a written remonstrance <br />was filed. The Board _ a fter due consideration defer the hearing on this resolution <br />until Wednesday June 30th:,1920 at 7:15 P.M. <br />Deferred hearing had on resolution foc pavement on North Shore Drive <br />from Lafayette Street to Iroquois Street, under ;Improvement Resolution No 770. <br />in the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />'Upon sa dnearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance <br />was filed. And the'Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the <br />benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the <br />estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon <br />takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted and the same is hereby <br />in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the llth. day of <br />June 192C and on the 18th. day of June 1920. in the South Bend Daily Tribune <br />stating that this Board will receive bids for the construct ion of addd improvements <br />up to 10:00 A.M. on the 29th. day of June 1920.
