<br />Be It Resolved by they Board of Public works of the City of South
<br />Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary
<br />to improve McPherson Street from Thomas Street to Division Street as follows* tpwot
<br />Said street shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved,
<br />and also the roadway of certain portiond of the streets and alleys which enter or
<br />intersect said street shall be graded and paved. The paving material to be used
<br />In making said improvement shall be Sheet Asphalt, Bitulithie, Asphaltic concrete,
<br />or Brick, nd the foundation shalt be portland cement concretesix (6) inches
<br />thick for.the Sheet Asphalt, bitulithic, asphaltic concrete an* brick ®r strolled.
<br />gravel six (6) inches thick for the brick; also cement curb small be constructed
<br />along said street where same is not already constructed; storm water inlets anal
<br />conduits shall be c onstructed where necessary; all manhole tops mad storm water
<br />inlets shall bw set to theproper grade; Cement_ marginal curb shall be constructed
<br />at all street and alley intersections where necessary, all as is nmort particularly
<br />shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and spes i*•-
<br />f ications on file in tke Office of the Department of Public Works of the City of Sh
<br />South Bend, Indiana.
