<br />STREET RO ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 774.
<br />Be It Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,.
<br />County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, That it ii desired and deemed necessary t-0
<br />improve at.Bealle Street from.Portage Avenue' to Kessler Boulevard as follows`,to-wit
<br />Said street shall be graded and the roadway them -of shall be paved;
<br />and also the roadway of certain portions of the streets and allays which enter or
<br />intersect said street shall be graded and paved. The paving material to be used in
<br />making said improyament shall be Shut Asphalt, B tullthic , Asphaltic concrete or
<br />Brick, and the foundation .shall be Portland camant concrete six (6) inches thick for k
<br />the Sheet .Asphalt, bitulUithie, asphaltic concrete and brick or rolled gravel six
<br />(6) inches thieV for. the brick; also cement shall. be constructed along said street
<br />where same is not already constructed; storm water inlets and conduits shall be con-
<br />structed; storm water inlets and conduits shall be constructed, sbOrm water inlets ,and
<br />conduits shall be constructed where,necessary; :al' manhole' tops and storm water
<br />inlets-5hall be set to the proper grade; cement marginal curb shall be constructed at
<br />all street and alley intersections where necessary, all as is more part is tularly
<br />shown And all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings, ans sped-_
<br />f icat ions on file in th ::offioe of the Department of Public Works of the City of South
<br />Bend, Indiana, -

<br />- from said property owner or owners for said work, or for the collection of the same, or for: the payment of any

<br />moneys as shall have actually been received by the City from the assessments for such improvement, or such
