Um <br />W-SUME <br />Hearing had on Improvement Resolution f orthe paving of College <br />Street from Lincoln Way West to Vassar .Avenue, I under Improvement Res olut ion No. 749. <br />In the City of south Bend, Indiana. <br />Ligon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- <br />strance was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the <br />benefits to property liable to bb assessed fo°rl said improvements are equal to the <br />Est lmated cost of the same, as reported by the,i City Civil Engineer, and thereupon <br />take f ina 1 action on said resolution as or ig inally adopted, and the same is hereby <br />in all things ratified, a onf irmed and approved. <br />Resolved further, that notices be pub 1 is had on the 30th. day of <br />April 1920 and on the 7th. day of May 1920. in the South Bend Daily Tribune, in said <br />City, s tat ing that this Board will receive bid Ifor the construction of said Improve- <br />ments up to 10:'00 A.M. on the 18th, day of May 1920. In the, C ity of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- <br />strance was filed. Fred W. Keller, property owner appeared and requested said <br />.resolution mod if ied to read to High Street as petition f .led April 27th. ,1920. <br />And the Boardbe ing fully advised in the premises. decides thatthe benefits to property <br />liable to be assessed fR said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same, <br />as reported by the City C iv it Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said <br />resolution as modified. To pave Donald Street from Miami Street to East line of <br />High Street and the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the 30th. day -of April 192 o and on the 7th. day of May 1920. in the South Bend Daily Tribune, in said <br />City,, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said ° improve- <br />ments a to 10:00 A.M. on the 18th. day of May 1920.
