Board met Board absent. Mr. H. F. in regular session at 7:15 .M. Mr. G. A. Elliott, `President of Rost iser, Vice President , acting President. Hearing had Street to Prairie Avenue, Bend, Indiana. on resolution for pipe sewer on Walnut Street from Sample under Improvement Resolution No. 760, In the City of South Upon said hearing no remonstrators ar was filed. And the Board being fully adv iced in t fits to property liable to be assessed for said in es t imat d cost of the same, as ,reported by the C it takes final action on said resolution as follows: - el3mMating that port ion of resolution pertaining 640 feet south of Sample Street, and as modified i confirmed and -approved.
