October 22, 2007 PARC Committee Meeting <br />Page 2 <br />Council Member Pfeifer complimented Mr. Andres and his staff for making his venues <br />available for the Red Ribbon campaign held last 'Friday, noting that it was a very <br />positive experience for youth. <br />There was no one from the public to speak in favor or in opposition to the Bill. <br />Following discussion, Dr. Varner made a motion, seconded by Council Member Kirsits <br />that Bill No. 65-07 be recommended favorably to Council.
