South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting — February 14, 2012 <br />Ms. King asked if BWG was maintaining the <br />website or were they doing creative work on <br />it. Mr. Kain said it is mostly maintenance. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Consulting <br />Agreement by and between the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission and Blue <br />Waters Group (Phase V). <br />C. West Washington - Chapin Development Area <br />There was no business in the West Washington - <br />Chapin Development Area. <br />D. South Side Development Area <br />There was no business in the South Side <br />Development Area. <br />E. Northeast Neighborhood Development Area <br />(1) Resolution No. 3008 approving and <br />authorizing the execution of an <br />amendment to the Addendum to the <br />Master Agency Agreement with the Board <br />of Public Works (Eddy Street Corridor <br />Conceptual Streetscape Study — <br />Supplement #1). <br />Mr. Kain noted that Resolution No. 3008 <br />approves an Amendment to the Addendum to <br />the Master Agency Agreement for the Eddy <br />Street Corridor Conceptual Streetscape Study <br />which was approved by the Commission on <br />December 13, 2011. The study area for the <br />project includes the Eddy St. corridor from <br />Campeau to Colfax Streets. Per their <br />contract, DLZ completed a review of the area <br />with some initial streetscape concepts in <br />early January and presented their results to <br />7 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED CONSULTING <br />AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE SOUTH <br />BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AND BLUE <br />WATERS GROUP (PHASE V). <br />THERE WAS NO BUSINESS IN THE WEST <br />WASHINGTON- CHAPIN DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />THERE WAS NO BUSINESS IN THE SOUTH SIDE <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />
