<br />Pe It Res olved. by the Board of Publ ic, Works of the City of south Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, Stater of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to improve►
<br />Donald Street from Miami Street- to the east line of Studebaker Paris -as' f-ollows,`-� to-t it: -•
<br />Said streat shall be graded and the roadway; thereof shall be .paved. and
<br />also the roadway of certain portions of then .sere is and alleys which enter or interest
<br />sa id street shall 'be graded add paved. The pav mater la to be used in making said
<br />improveamnt shall -be s1ait asphalt, �bitulithic, sphaltio concretes or brick, and the-,

<br />The cost of the improvement herein provided for, except atreet 1&n4 alley intersections, shall be paid by
<br />special assem ent to be levied upon the property specially benef(tted, to the amount that the same may be leg-
<br />ally assessed therefor, in accordance with an Act of . the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, entitled
<br />"An Act Conce-wing Mun'_cipal Corporations," approved March 8, 1905, and in accordance with and pursnas�t
<br />to We provisious of all acts amendatory and supplemental thereto.

<br />moneys as shall have actually been received by the City from the assessments for such improvement, or sueb
