Gentlemen: - We hereby offer to test and inspect, in the same intelligent and sc ient if ie manner as heretofore, the asphalt paving constructed and awarded in your city during the year 1920, on the same basis as last year, viz two and one (2�) cents per square yard for one course asphaltic concrete and three (3) cents per square yard for Sheet Asphalt , or two course construction. The character of our service will be similar, in every respect, to that rendered last year.
