Martin, Cler <br />REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 14 2012 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:32 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />February 14, 2012, by Board President Gary A. Gilot, with Board Members Donald E. Inks and <br />Kathryn Roos present. Also present was Board Attorney Cheryl Greene. <br />ADDITION TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Gilot noted the addition to the agenda of an Encroachment application. <br />APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Ms. Roos and carried, the minutes of the Agenda <br />Session of January 19, 2012, Regular Meeting of January 24, 2012 and the Claims Meetings of <br />the Board held on January 31 and February 7, 2012 were approved. <br />OPEN AND AWARD BID - ONE- HUNDRED, TWENTY (120), MORE OR LESS, 2012 <br />MODEL ELECTRIC GOLF CARS GOLF NON- REVERTING FUND <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced project. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- <br />County News, which were found to be sufficient. Mr. Gilot stated he had a request that the golf <br />car bids be opened first so they could be reviewed and awarded today. He noted he would need <br />to go out of order of the agenda to fulfill this request.
