- The pela and wire inspector �filad the following report on red l ight at ;Mich igant Street and Howard Street of North Shore Dr ive;. a I1 beg to recowit nd` the placing of a red light at the north end of t% Leeper. Bridge als� a red lightat the corner of .Leeper Avenue and Howard Street. A cement pillar with a red light just east of the sidewalk on -the east s id.e of the Michigan Street in the center; of Howard Street. The; cement pillar should be twelve feet long three feet high, also a red 1 ight be placed can the south side of Howard Rtrect:' about the center -of Leeper Avenue.
