<br />1919 as the time when petit ions must be filed and the Board hereby cant roues this matter

<br />THIS AGREEM NT, Made snit by and between'The Williston Coastructisn
<br />Company, a corporstion organized and existing under' the laws of the State of Indiana,
<br />and located in the City of -South Bend, in the State of Indiana; party of the first part,
<br />and the White Construct ion' Company, of the City of Chicago, County • of • C000k, in the
<br />State of Illinois, party! 9f the second part:
<br />WITNESSETH.
<br />WHEREAS, the said party of the •first part are made and entered into a
<br />contract with the City of South Bend for impr ov -Ixg ptudebaker Street, from Linden Avenue
<br />to La Poxte Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No!, 652, iA the City of South Bend,
<br />.d iana.
<br />WHEREAS,° it has been. proposed ;that the said party of the ;first part
<br />assign sit said contract to said party of the sec nd `part, upon rec a iv ing a ansent in
<br />wr it in.g of the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bead, Indiana.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, said party of the; first part, doe hereby sell,
<br />assign and act ever unto the said party of the second parts its successors and assigns,
<br />the said peaky c ontract,, . and &> > rights and interests therein given to or acquired by
<br />the said party of the first part, together •with thel right to receipt all payments and comp
<br />pensatiou for work done,, by said contract, therein provided to be paid with full power
<br />and �uthority to give proper receipts and acquittances therefor, either in the name
<br />of the party of the first part or of the party of the second part.
