Review Saint Joseph High School site plans along Notre Dame Avenue. <br />4. Schedule and attend up to two (2) coordination meetings with High School representatives to <br />discuss pedestrian circulation along the east side of the school and potential bicycle linkage with <br />via Eddy Street. <br />5. Schedule and attend one (1) coordination meeting with the City Engineer's Office. <br />6. Incorporate meeting minutes and written findings into the Conceptual Streetscape Study <br />including the recommended alternative bike lane route. <br />7. Develop and incorporate an opinion of probable construction cost for the bike lane markings and <br />associated signage into the study. <br />Please note the following exceptions: <br />a) It is understood that no property acquisition will be sought as part of this alternative route, <br />therefore no further acquisition costs for land and improvements will be made. <br />b) Since this alternative route will be a bike lane, no off - street right -of -way improvements <br />(streetscape) similar to that which is being proposed for Eddy Street are anticipated. <br />Schedule of Services: <br />1. Meet with NNRO and other invitees on February 7, 2012 to review preliminary plan findings <br />which will now incorporate the expanded study area and alternative trail route. The `final plan' <br />review meeting (Draft Letter Report) will be scheduled in March, 2012. <br />2. Upon completion of the Draft Letter Report review meeting, receipt of further NNRO input and <br />authorization to proceed, we anticipate two (2) weeks to complete Items 14 and 15 (Final Study) <br />and submit final deliverables. <br />Compensation: This supplement increases the original contract amount of $28,500.00 by $6,700.00 to <br />the new contract amount of $35,200.00. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to present this supplemental agreement for your consideration and <br />execution.
