There are projects that are already underway and approved by the Commission, such as the EMI demolition that the Commission has already approved or infrastructure for Ignition Park (Data Realty Project site improvements, generator, etc.). The actual amount that's available in the Airport TIF that is discretionary at this point is closer to $10 million. Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2975 appropriating TIF revenues from Allocation Area No. 1 fund for payment of certain obligations and expenses related to the Airport Economic Development Area Allocation Area No. 1. (3) Consideration of Resolution No. 2976. Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2976 an additional appropriation for the South Bend Central Development Area.
