Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) continued... <br />Mr. Relos noted Resolution 2997 approves <br />an Addendum To Master Agency Agreement <br />for the Ignition Park South Expansion Area <br />Demolitions Phase 2 project. <br />To date there have been two emergency <br />demolitions, in addition to 24 properties <br />cleared in Phase 1 this past fall. <br />This Addendum covers 26 Commission <br />owned structures which have had asbestos <br />reports completed. <br />It is estimated that the total cost of this <br />project will be $350,000, which includes <br />asbestos abatement prior to demolition, <br />demolition and property clearance. <br />Staff requests your approval of this project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by <br />Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2997 <br />approving and authorizing the execution of <br />an Addendum to the Master Agency <br />Agreement (Ignition Park South Expansion <br />Area Demolitions Phase 2) in a not -to- exceed <br />amount of $350,000. <br />(2) Proposal for Asbestos Inspection Reports <br />for demolition in Ignition Park South. <br />Mr. Relos noted that in the Ignition Park <br />South expansion area, there are currently <br />three owned properties with structures on <br />them that have not yet had asbestos reports <br />completed.
