Other <br /> (1) Resolution No. 2991 approving and <br /> authorizing the execution of a Master <br /> Agency Agreement by and between the <br /> South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br /> and the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br /> Board of Public Works relating to 2012 <br /> projects. <br /> Mr. Schalliol noted that Resolution No. 2991 <br /> is the Master Agency Agreement with the <br /> Board of Public Works for 2012 which will <br /> be the base document for future addendums <br /> to the Master Agency Agreement. Staff <br /> requests approval. <br /> Mr. Varner asked if this was for a delineated <br /> project or a project of the Board. Mr. <br /> Schalliol responded that any project that <br /> requires construction or engineering service, <br /> the Board of Public Works will manage in <br /> cooperation of the Commission. It allows <br /> Redevelopment to put the Commission <br /> money to work under Board of Public Works <br /> management. It does not delineate any <br /> certain project. <br /> Mr. Inks added that each time <br /> Redevelopment comes up with a specific <br /> project, an addendum is done to the Master <br /> Agency Agreement outlining that specific <br /> project and the cost related to it. There is <br /> also a matching addendum at the Board of <br /> Public Works for the same project and <br /> amount. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.2991 <br /> Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 2991 OF AMASTER AGENCY AGREEMENT BY AND <br /> BETWEEN THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br /> 9 <br />
