Other <br /> (1) continued... <br /> approving and authorizing the execution of a COMMISSION AND THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br /> Master Agency Agreement by and between INDIANA,BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS RELATING <br /> the South Bend Redevelopment Commission TO 2012 PROJECTS. <br /> and the City of South Bend, Indiana, Board <br /> of Public Works relating to 2012 projects. <br /> (2) Resolution No. 2992 approving and <br /> authorizing the execution of a Master <br /> Agency Agreement by and between the <br /> South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br /> and the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br /> Board of Parks Commissioners relating to <br /> 2012 projects. <br /> Mr. Schalliol noted that Resolution No. 2992 <br /> is the same resolution as above, only with the <br /> Board of Park Commissioners. It will <br /> facilitate a working relationship between the <br /> Commission and the Park Board. Staff <br /> requests approval. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.2992 <br /> Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 2992 OF AMASTER AGENCY AGREEMENT BY AND <br /> BETWEEN THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br /> approving and authorizing the execution of a COMMISSION AND THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br /> Master Agency Agreement by and between INDIANA,BOARD OF PARKS COMMISSIONERS <br /> the South Bend Redevelopment Commission RELATING To 2012 PROJECTS. <br /> and the City of South Bend, Indiana, Board <br /> of Parks Commissioners relating to 2012 <br /> projects. <br /> 7.
