REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 9, 2018 305 DOUGLAS LANDSCAPE, INC. 23590 Ardmore Trail South Bend, IN 46628 Quotation was submitted by Douglas Pittman Non -Collusion, Non -Discrimination Affidavit Form was completed QUOTATION: $10,152.00 ACORN LANDSCAPING, LLC 3680 W. Sample St. South Bend, IN 46619 Quotation was submitted by Jeff Ritschard Non -Collusion, Non -Discrimination Affidavit Form was completed QUOTATION: $15,600 FUERBRINGER LANDSCAPING & DESIGN, INC 22530 Brick Rd. South Bend, IN 46628 Quotation was submitted by Dan Fuerbringer Non -Collusion, Non -Discrimination Affidavit Form was completed QUOTATION: $11,400.00 Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Fritzberg and carried, the above quotations were referred to Engineering for review and recommendation. After reviewing those quotations, Mr. Scott Kreeger, Engineering, recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Douglas Landscape, Inc., in the amount of $10,152. Therefore, Ms. Maradik made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the quotation be awarded as outlined above. Ms. Fritzberg seconded the motion, which carried.. OPENING AND AWARD OF QUOTATIONS — LIME BIKE PARKING AREAS PROJECT NO. 118-059R (COMPLETE STREETS TRANSPORTATION Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed quotations for the above referenced project. The following quotation was opened and read: THE AIRMARKING CO., INC. 1544 N. SR 25, PO Box 526 Rochester, IN 46975 Quotation was submitted by Greg Lowe Non -Collusion, Non -Discrimination Affidavit Form was completed QUOTATION: $9,800.00 Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Fritzberg and carried, the above quotation was referred to Engineering and Community Investment for review and recommendation. After review, Ms. Sue Ellen Doudrick, Engineering, recommended that the Board award the contract to the sole responsive and responsible bidder, The Airmarking Co., Inc., in the amount of $9,800. Therefore, Ms. Maradik made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the quotation be awarded as outlined above. Ms. Fritzberg seconded the motion, which carried.
