In the Atty. Fadrabaugh (a proper( owner on Michigan Street) appeared and explained about the street car company tracks, and said that the Street car company's representative had told him that they would not pay for resurfacing but would put Is base under car tracks, as this is a private right of wady. Also to to remover entirely any wire which is in the way of a new garage door a t 236 E. Paris Street.
