<br />Hearing had in improvement Resolution No. 688 for the pavement on
<br />Ford Strabt from Olive, Street to a point 345 feet east of the east line of
<br />Kosc ius$ko Street, in the City Of South Bend,, Thdiana.
<br />Upon told hearing, no remonstrators§ appeared and uo- nr itten
<br />remonstrance was filed, And the ,Boa;rd being fully' adv ised in the premises
<br />desiced, that the benefits to property, liable to be assessed for said improvements
<br />are equal to the estimated .cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Eng inee
<br />and thereupon takes final action on said resolutiton ,as originally adopted, and the
<br />same ''is hereby in all things ratified, eonf. irmed and approved.
<br />Resolved further, that -notices be published on the 14th.0 day of
<br />.Jul* 1919 and on the 219t.,, day of July 1919 in: the `south Bend Daily'Tribune
<br />in said City, stating that this Board will ree a ive b ids f or the construction of
<br />said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the 5th., day of August 1919. The Board
<br />reserves : the right to reject any and all bids.
