determined by the Owner. The Engineer shall identify items or areas on the <br />contract documents as may be necessary for coordination purposes. <br />n. Create Appendices <br />1) The Engineer shall create appropriate appendices with respect to the multiple <br />plans, drawings, cross -sections, and narratives assembled. <br />2) The appendices shall be formatted, numbered, and otherwise be prepared for <br />insertion within the bidding documents. <br />3) The Engineer shall also number and otherwise prepare for insertion any <br />environmental remediation and asbestos studies prepared by others as may be <br />requested by the Owner. <br />o. Assemble Plans and Available Drawings <br />1) The Engineer shall research and assemble existing facility drawings that include <br />the floor plans per level and typical cross section. Plans will be assembled for the <br />structures that exist at this facility. <br />2) The Engineer will utilize the best available drawings and information supplied by <br />the Owner to assemble the aforementioned plans and cross sections. These plans <br />and cross sections will serve as the framework to provide General <br />Demolition/Structural data for information purposes only. If available, building <br />narratives prepared by previous Engineers/contractors will be reviewed and <br />included within the bid data as determined to be appropriate by the Engineer. <br />3) Said material shall not be modified or supplemented with additional information <br />by the Engineer. This material, if included, shall be for informational purposes <br />only. The format of the plans, cross sections, and narratives shall not exceed an <br />11" x 17" format. If acceptable to the Owner, this information may only be <br />provided to the bidders in electronic format. <br />p. Prepare and furnish bidding documents for review by Owner, its legal counsel, and <br />other advisors, and assist Owner in the preparation of other related documents within <br />14 calendar days of authorization to proceed with this phase and review them with <br />Owner. Within 6 days of receipt, Owner shall submit to Engineer any comments and, <br />subject to the provisions of Paragraph 6.0LG, instructions for revisions. <br />q.
