This is EXHIBIT A, consisting of 16 pages, referred to in <br />and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer <br />for Professional Services dated , 2018. <br />Engineer's Services <br />Article 1 of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties. <br />Engineer shall provide Basic and Additional Services as set forth below. <br />PART 1 — BASIC SERVICES <br />A.1.00 Project Schedule <br />1) All work by the Engineer under this Agreement shall be completed and delivered to the Owner as <br />indicated on the Project Schedule, below. This schedule is dependent on the timely review and <br />input from the Owner, its consultant and agents, and certain review and regulatory agencies to the <br />extent required. <br />1. September 25, 2018 — Engineer receives signed Agreement and Notice to Proceed <br />2. October 12, 2018 — Preliminary Plans and Specifications <br />3. <br />October 19, 2018 — <br />Owner provides comments to the Engineer <br />4. <br />October 23, 2018 — <br />Bid Authorization (only need Notice to Bidders and Cover Sheet) <br />5. <br />October 26, 2018 --- <br />Final Bid Documents submitted to the Owner <br />6. <br />November 1, 2018 <br />— Owner provides comments to the Engineer <br />7. <br />November 6, 2018 ---- <br />Bid Documents Complete <br />8. <br />November 9, 2018 <br />— Bid Advertisement #1 <br />9. <br />November 16, 2018 <br />— Bid Advertisement #2 <br />10. <br />November 20, 2018 <br />-- Pre -Bid meeting <br />11. <br />November 27, 2018 <br />--- Bid Opening <br />12. <br />December 11, 2018 <br />— Bid Award <br />2) The Demolition Phase is anticipated to be four (4) months in duration. <br />A1.01 Preliminary Design Phase <br />1) Engineer shall: <br />1. Conduct two (2) meetings with the Owner regarding the preliminary phase of the project. <br />2. Prepare Preliminary Design Phase documents consisting of preliminary drawings and <br />outline specifications. <br />Provide necessary field surveys and topographic and utility mapping for design purposes <br />within the Project area identified in Exhibit A, Figure No. 1.
