Applications: Vellical surfaces and non -traffic horizontal surfaces. <br />2. Number of Coats: Two applications within ten minutes. <br />3. Maintains dry appearance when wetted. <br />4. Water -based Siloxane, silane, or blend that reacts chemically with concrete and masonry. <br />a. Verify existing conditions before starting work. <br />B. Verify joint sealants are installed and cured. <br />C. Verify surfaces to be coated are dry, clean, and free ofefflorescence, oil, or other matter <br />detrimental to application of water repellent. <br />3.2 PREPARATION <br />A. Protection of Adjacent Work: <br />1. Protect adjacent landscaping, property, and vehicles from drips and overspray, <br />2.
