Southside Economic Development Area <br /> (1) continued... <br /> purpose of this infrastructure study was <br /> based on the INDOT plan to construct a <br /> bridge over the US 20 Bypass and build a <br /> new connector roadway on the Fellows Street <br /> alignment from Gilmer Park south of the <br /> bypass to the intersection of Ireland and <br /> Fellows. The state anticipates that roadway <br /> to be completed in 2013. <br /> Resolution No. 2972 is related to Phase 2 of <br /> the project study and design services for <br /> improvements and connectivity of Fellows <br /> Street north of Ireland Road to Chippewa <br /> Avenue. The attached Phase 2 proposal will <br /> segment work into three phases and do the <br /> following work: <br /> 1. Design Services <br /> 2. Rule 5 Permit (IDEM) <br /> 3. Bid Services <br /> The next major professional service <br /> associated with this project will be right of <br /> way acquisition services and it is anticipated <br /> that a proposal for that work will be <br /> presented to the Commission in the coming <br /> months. Staff requests approval of <br /> Resolution No. 2972. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.2972 <br /> Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 2972 OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE ADDENDUM TO THE <br /> MASTER AGENCY AGREEMENT(FELLOWS <br /> approving and authorizing the execution of STREET CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT- <br /> an Amendment to the Addendum to the SUPPLEMENT#1)IN THE AMOUNT OF$185,000. <br /> Master Agency Agreement (Fellows Street <br /> Corridor Improvement Project— Supplement <br /> #1) in the amount of$185,000. <br /> 57 <br />
