South Side Development Area <br /> (1) Resolution No. 2972 approving and <br /> authorizing the execution of an <br /> Amendment to the Addendum to the <br /> Master Agency Agreement (Fellows Street <br /> Corridor Improvement Project— <br /> Supplement #1). <br /> Mr. Sikora noted that over the last several <br /> months, city staff has been working to <br /> finalize design plans for the Main-Lafayette <br /> Connector project that will aid in traffic <br /> circulation in the area west of Michigan <br /> Street between Chippewa and Ireland. City <br /> staff has also been working on street and <br /> intersection improvements on Ireland Road at <br /> High Street and doing related storm water <br /> management work at the Erskine Plaza Ponds <br /> located north of Erskine Plaza. <br /> In April, the Commission approved the <br /> original addendum for this project which <br /> authorized the Board of Public Works to hire <br /> Christopher B. Burke Engineering Ltd. to <br /> help staff coordinate study of the traffic <br /> circulation of Fellows and Ireland and <br /> Fellows Street north to Chippewa. The <br /> 56 <br />
