South Bend Central Development Area <br /> (8) continued... <br /> current one to affect a smooth transition by <br /> February 1, 2012. <br /> Mr. Downes asked if the goals and <br /> performance measurements will be a side <br /> agreement, or do they have to be part of the <br /> contract. Mr. Meteiver responded that staff <br /> can create it either way. If there are goals we <br /> know of at the time we enter into the <br /> contract, we can put those in the contract, or <br /> we can provide in the contract that the parties <br /> will agree upon goals/standards in the future. <br /> Mr. Inks stated his preference to have them <br /> in the contract itself. <br /> Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE CONTRACT FOR <br /> Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the PARKING MANAGEMENT SUBJECT TO LEGAL <br /> Commission approved the Contract for REVIEW AND AUTHORIZED THE DIRECTOR OF <br /> REDEVELOPMENT OR THE PRESIDENT OF THE <br /> Parking Management subject to legal review REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION TO EXECUTE THE <br /> and authorized the Director of CONTRACT. <br /> Redevelopment or the President of the <br /> Redevelopment Commission to execute the <br /> contract. <br /> (9) First Amendment to Parking Lease with <br /> Central High Associates, LLC (Central <br /> High Apartments). <br /> Mr. Inks noted that Items 6.13.
