South Bend Central Development Area <br /> (5) continued... <br /> designs, prepare construction bid specs, <br /> project bidding evaluation assistance, and <br /> construction oversight and closeout. The <br /> total cost for professional services by Troyer <br /> to complete these tasks is $175,000, plus <br /> reimbursables. Staff requests approval of <br /> this Professional Services Agreement, in a <br /> not-to-exceed amount of$185,000. <br /> Ms. King clarified that this was for the "first" <br /> phase and asked why we would design the <br /> second phase now. Mr. Sikora responded <br /> that Troyer has already done a significant <br /> part of the work. We will want both phases <br /> to be designed compatibly, so we'd like to <br /> have the entire design done now. The design <br /> work won't become out of date by 2015. <br /> The projects that will be done in 2015 will be <br /> the E. Blair Warner office building and the <br /> Mar-Main Pharmacy facades. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED PROPOSAL FOR <br /> Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH THE TROYER <br /> Commission approved Proposal for GROUP RELATED TO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL AREA <br /> FACADEIMPROVEMENTS. <br /> professional services with The Troyer Group <br /> related to Memorial Hospital area facade <br /> improvements. <br /> (6) Resolution No. 2987 approving and <br /> authorizing the execution of an Agency <br /> Agreement by and between the South <br /> Bend Redevelopment Commission and the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana, Board of <br /> Public Works relating to the management <br /> of parking garages and on-street parking <br /> enforcement. <br /> 31 <br />
