Mr. Inks responded that Memorial <br /> is the major contributor, but there are others. <br /> He doesn't know the breakdown. Ms. Jones' <br /> concern is that there might be other <br /> businesses in that TIF district that would like <br /> some improvements, but there won't be <br /> anything available for them. Mr. Inks <br /> responded that the agreement for use of the <br /> Medical TIF funds was with Memorial. If <br /> Memorial doesn't need all of the funds, they <br /> could be made available for other projects. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE FIRST <br /> Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the AMENDMENT To AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN <br /> Commission approved the First Amendment THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br /> COMMISSION AND MEMORIAL HOSPITAL OF <br /> to Agreement by and between the South SOUTH BEND,INC. <br /> Bend Redevelopment Commission and <br /> Memorial Hospital of South Bend, Inc. <br /> (5) Proposal for professional services related <br /> to Memorial Hospital area facade <br /> improvements. <br /> Mr. Sikora noted that on May 23, 2011, the <br /> Commission approved a professional <br /> services agreement with The Troyer Group <br /> for design studies of facade improvements <br /> along the eastern side of Michigan Street in <br /> the Memorial Hospital campus area. <br /> Concept designs have been selected, with the <br /> next phase of work being to finalize those <br /> 30 <br />
