Mr. Inks responded that <br /> the appraisals would be good for at least the <br /> next six to twelve months. <br /> Mr. Varner asked if there was a time line for <br /> providing these services. Mr. Inks responded <br /> 45 days. <br /> Mr. Varner asked what good would that do if <br /> action needs to be taken on an agreement by <br /> December 19. Mr. Inks replied that the <br /> development agreement would contemplate <br /> certain additional actions that would be <br /> completed before the end of January 2012. <br /> Commissioners did not want to pay for <br /> appraisals unnecessarily.
